Air Shipping Upgrade Guidelines (Trial)

Over the past few months, many customers have asked whether they could receive their orders faster by upgrading to air shipping. After working closely with our logistics partners, we’re pleased to introduce air shipping options for selected products.

Why Sea Shipping Has Been Our Default

Our display cases are designed to showcase your collection in the best possible way. To achieve this, most of our products are manufactured as fully assembled, one-piece acrylic display cases—no assembly required.

Because of their large dimensions, many products either exceed airline size limitations or incur exceptionally high air freight costs. For this reason, international orders have traditionally been shipped by sea as the default shipping method.

For customers with urgent delivery requirements, we have always offered the option to upgrade to air shipping by paying the additional shipping cost whenever air transport is available.

Air Shipping Is Now Available for Selected Products

To improve your shopping experience, we are gradually introducing Air Shipping options for products that are suitable for air transport.

When selecting a product variant, simply choose the option labeled “Air Shipping” if it is available.

Please note that air shipping is currently offered only for products of suitable size. If you are purchasing multiple display cases or larger items, we still recommend our default sea shipping service, as it is generally the safest and most cost-effective shipping method.

How It Works

Option 1 – Choose an Air Shipping Variant

If a product includes a variant labeled “Air Shipping”, simply select that option before placing your order.

Products without this option will be shipped via sea freight (or ground transportation, where applicable) by default.

Option 2 – Request an Air Shipping Upgrade

If the product you wish to purchase does not include an air shipping option but you need your order urgently, please Contact Us.

Our logistics team will check with our freight partners to determine whether air shipping is available for your order. If it is, you can simply pay the additional shipping fee to upgrade your shipment.

Important Notice

While air shipping can significantly reduce international transit time, it is also subject to stricter airline regulations and security inspections. Unexpected factors such as flight availability, customs inspections, weather conditions, or airline operational changes may affect delivery schedules.
