Pre-Purchase Notice

1. All products sold in our store are display cases only. Toy models are not included and must be purchased separately.
2. Our acrylic display cases are handmade, which means they may not achieve the same precision as industrially manufactured products. If you have strict requirements for detail and perfection, please purchase with caution.
3. All display cases require the use of specialized adhesive during production. This adhesive may emit a noticeable odor, and newly manufactured products may retain residual smells. If you are sensitive to odors, we recommend airing out the display case in a well-ventilated area before use. If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please reconsider purchasing this type of product.
4. We do not accept returns or exchanges for subjective reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, etc.). To ensure safe transportation, we use special packaging. However, returning the product may result in damage to both the packaging and the product. Therefore, we only accept returns for quality-related issues.
5. To optimize production processes and supply chain efficiency, our products are manufactured overseas. Upon receiving your order, the factory will begin production. The production cycle typically takes one week, and cross-border shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We kindly ask for your patience, but rest assured that we will do everything possible to minimize your wait time.

Product Usage Instructions

1. No Assembly Required: Most of our display case products are ready to use straight out of the box. For specific products requiring partial assembly, details will be clearly indicated on the product page.
2. LED Lighting Instructions:

• For products with 12V input voltage, a power adapter is included. Please ensure you use the original adapter and avoid substituting it with other adapters.
• For products with 5V input voltage, a USB port is provided. You can power the display case using a power bank or any 5V USB-compatible adapter upon receipt.

3. Material Care:

• Display cases are primarily made of acrylic. Keep them away from high-temperature heat sources (e.g., heaters, stoves).
• When cleaning, avoid using untested chemical agents. Use only a clean, soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface.
